The hotel offered a heated swimming pool area with a steam room and sauna - perfect for relaxation and unwinding. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The hotel had a good, indoor and safe car park. The cleaning regime was very good and the hotel and grounds were spotless. The evening meal was delicious and freshly made. The outside pool and garden areas were lovely. The surrounding national park was amazing.

We had a great stay at Vila Gale! The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a heated pool and spa. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with stylish decor. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious, and the hotel grounds were well-maintained. We especially loved the outdoor pool and gardens, as well as the surrounding natural beauty of the national park.

The jacuzzi was overly crowded and not relaxing as parents allowed their kids to jump and splash.

The location was also ideal, providing quick access to a nearby attraction.

The hotel had a few minor issues, such as some signs of humidity in the room and cracks in the exterior walls. the hotel was far from a major attraction which made for a longer drive.

The views of the mountain range are absolutely stunning and provide a truly immersive experience. In addition, the modern amenities and great indoor pool make this hotel a great weekend getaway destination, especially given its proximity to popular attractions. Furthermore, the staff is super accommodating and provides great service to the guests.

There are a few areas for improvement, including the slow service at the pool area and the lack of toiletries in the room. Additionally, it would be great if the pool could be heated for a more comfortable swimming experience.
